Lo scopo del presente Accordo sul Livello di Servizio (SLA) è descrivere i servizi di trasporto scolastico forniti da Todde Bus per la Acorn International School, gli standard qualitativi attesi in termini di erogazione del servizio e le condizioni generali del servizio.

Il presente Accordo stabilisce:

• I servizi di trasporto scolastico forniti;

• I termini e le condizioni del servizio di trasporto scolastico;

• Le responsabilità delle famiglie e della scuola;

• I parametri contrattuali.

The purpose of this Service Level Agreement (SLA) is to describe the bus transport services that Todde Bus provides for Acorn International School, the quality standards expected in terms of service delivery and the general conditions of the service.

This Agreement sets out:

• School Transport Services provided;

• Terms and Conditions of the School Transport Services;

• Responsibilities of the families and school;

• Contractual Parameters.

• La richiesta di trasporto non garantisce l'iscrizione al servizio scuolabus; Todde Bus si riserva il diritto di accettare o rifiutare qualsiasi richiesta con l'approvazione della Scuola.

• Sui mezzi di trasporto è presente un accompagnatore nei casi in cui siano a bordo bambini di età inferiore ai 6 anni.

• Todde Bus, con l'approvazione della Scuola e a sua totale ed esclusiva discrezione, definisce e modifica orari, itinerari e tipologia di veicoli utilizzati, conferma o nega il servizio porta a porta e offre punti di raccolta o discesa alternativi su tutti i percorsi, al fine di soddisfare le esigenze organizzative e garantire l’efficienza del servizio. Eventuali variazioni del servizio verranno comunicate da Todde Bus alle famiglie degli studenti con un preavviso adeguato.

• Il servizio è organizzato ed effettuato da Todde Bus e/o dai suoi rappresentanti con la massima puntualità e attenzione, tenendo conto delle destinazioni degli studenti e delle vie di percorrenza disponibili. Tuttavia, Todde Bus è esente da responsabilità per ritardi o inconvenienti dovuti a circostanze esterne (ad es. traffico, chiusure stradali, condizioni meteorologiche, scioperi, ecc.) che possano causare ritardi o interruzioni del servizio.

• Le variazioni di indirizzo devono essere comunicate per iscritto a Todde Bus e alla Scuola con un preavviso di almeno 30 GIORNI. In tali casi, Todde Bus si riserva il diritto di confermare o negare il servizio porta a porta e di offrire un punto di raccolta o discesa alternativo o l’utilizzo di una navetta. Qualora il punto alternativo proposto non venga accettato e si richieda la cancellazione del servizio, si applicherà quanto indicato al punto 3.

• I tempi di percorrenza dipendono esclusivamente dalla distanza dell’indirizzo, dal percorso e dalla situazione del traffico nella specifica area. Todde Bus si riserva il diritto di indicare orari di raccolta anticipati e percorsi differenti rispetto all'anno precedente per garantire un puntuale arrivo a scuola.

• Tutti gli scuolabus sono dotati di un sistema di tracciamento GPS, che consente il monitoraggio in tempo reale di tutti i mezzi e della presenza degli studenti a bordo.

• Per motivi di sicurezza e copertura assicurativa, solo gli studenti ammessi alla Acorn International School possono salire sugli scuolabus.

• Si prega di notare che, per ragioni di sicurezza, gli itinerari degli scuolabus non verranno pubblicati.

• The request for transportation does not guarantee registration to the bus service; Todde Bus reserves the right to accept/deny any requests with the School's approval.

• There is an accompanying person on board the buses where there are children under 6 years of age.

• Todde Bus with the approval of the School, at its complete and sole discretion, defines, and modifies timetables, itineraries and the type of vehicles used, confirms/denies door-to-door services and offers alternate pick-up or drop-off points on all of its routes to meet its organisational needs and to ensure efficiency of service. Prior notice on any change of service will be given by Todde Bus to the pupils’ families.

• The service is organised and is carried out by Todde Bus and/or its representatives with the greatest possible punctuality and attention in consideration of the destinations of the pupils using the service and the available road routes; Todde Bus is, however, exempt from liability for delays/mishaps due to external circumstances (i.e. traffic congestion, road closures, weather conditions, strikes, etc.) that may lead to delays or interruptions to the service;

• Changes of address must be communicated to Todde Bus and the School with advance written notice of at least 30 DAYS, and in such cases the Todde Bus reserves the right to confirm/deny door-to-door service and to offer an alternate pick-up or drop-off point or shuttle bus use.  In the event that the alternative pick-up or drop-off point offered is not accepted and cancellation of service is requested, point 3 will apply;

• The journey times are dependent exclusively on the distance of the address, the route and the traffic situation in that specific area, Todde Bus reserves the right to indicate earlier pick-up times and different routes than the previous year in order to ensure a timely arrival to School;

• All of the school buses have a GPS tracking system on board, allowing the monitoring of all buses and student attendance in real-time.

• Due to safety, security and insurance reasons, only admitted Acorn International School’S pupils may board the school buses;

• Kindly note that Bus Routes will not be published for security reasons.

• Le tariffe del servizio scuolabus sono indicate nella sezione dedicata del Modulo di Richiesta del Servizio di Trasporto Scolastico.

• In caso di cancellazione del servizio scuolabus, è richiesta una comunicazione scritta. Per quanto riguarda le tariffe, si fa presente che la tassa di registrazione e le rate già versate non sono rimborsabili.

• The school bus service fees are outlined in the dedicated section of the School Transportation Service Request Form.

• In case of cancellation of the school bus service, a written notice is required. Please note that the registration fee and any installments already paid are non-refundable.

Eventuali richieste di modifica della fermata o del bus da parte degli utenti potranno essere concesse solo se:

• La richiesta è effettuata con un preavviso minimo di 48 ore lavorative (8:00-17:00, lun-ven).

• Il bus non deve deviare o estendere il suo percorso stabilito.

• Non si tratta di una modifica ricorrente.

• Ci sono posti disponibili sul bus.

Any bus/stop change request by bus users may be granted only if:

• the request is made at least 48 working hours in advance (8am-5pm Mon-Fri)

• the bus does not have to deviate from or extend its normal established route

• it is not a repeating change.

• there are seats available on the bus

• Il servizio di Late Bus è riservato agli studenti che partecipano ad attività extra-scolastiche presso la Acorn International School.

• ll servizio è gratuito per tutti gli studenti già iscritti al servizio di trasporto scolastico andata e ritorno o solo per il ritorno.

• IL SERVIZIO DI LATE BUS NON È UN SERVIZIO PORTA A PORTA.

• I posti sui Late Bus sono limitati.

• Non è possibile richiedere fermate aggiuntive e i bambini possono scendere solo alla fermata prestabilita.

• IL SERVIZIO DI LATE BUS PUÒ ESSERE UTILIZZATO SOLO DAGLI STUDENTI CHE RIMANGONO ALL'INTERNO DELLA SCUOLA. UNA VOLTA USCITI DALL'ISTITUTO, NON POTRANNO PIÙ USUFRUIRE DEL SERVIZIO.

• The Late Bus Service is reserved for students who have extra-curricular activities at Acorn International School.

• The service is free of charge for all students who have already registered for the round trip or one-way (return only) school bus service.

• THE LATE BUS SERVICE IS NOT A DOOR-TO-DOOR SERVICE.

• The late buses have a limited number of seats available.

• it's not possible to ask for other stops and children can only get off at the chosen bus stop.

•THE LATE BUS SERVICE MAY ONLY BE USED BY STUDENTS THAT REMAIN ON SCHOOL GROUNDS, ONCE STUDENTS HAVE LEFT SCHOOL GROUNDS, THEY MAY NO LONGER USE THE LATE BUS SERVICE.

• The late bus stops (meeting points) will be provided in September 2026, after the start of the school year.

• Le fermate del late bus (punti di incontro) saranno comunicate a settembre 2026, dopo l’inizio della scuola.

• L'orario delle fermate del Late Bus sarà comunicato all'inizio dell'anno scolastico.

• Il servizio di Late Bus è considerato trasporto scolastico e si applicano tutte le normative relative alla responsabilità e al comportamento degli studenti, come descritto di seguito.

• The late bus schedule time for each stop will be provided at the beginning of the school year.

• The Late Bus Service is considered school transport and all regulations regarding responsibility and pupil behaviour apply as described below.

• La responsabilità di Todde Bus è limitata al periodo in cui gli studenti sono a bordo dell’autobus e vengono trasportati dal punto di raccolta prestabilito all’edificio scolastico e viceversa. Pertanto, Todde Bus non potrà essere ritenuta responsabile per eventuali incidenti e/o eventi avversi occorsi agli studenti prima della salita a bordo del bus o dopo la discesa. I genitori e/o tutori sono gli unici responsabili per eventuali incidenti che possano verificarsi agli studenti prima di salire sull'autobus o dopo essere scesi.

• Nel caso in cui un adulto/tutore non sia presente al punto di discesa, laddove richiesto dalla legge, la Scuola farà il possibile per contattare i genitori. Se non sarà possibile stabilire un contatto, il bambino rimarrà a bordo del bus fino al termine del percorso e dovrà essere prelevato dai genitori all'ultima fermata. Se questa situazione si ripetesse più volte, Todde Bus, in accordo con la Scuola, si riserva il diritto di annullare il servizio senza alcun rimborso.

• Per eventuali urgenze relative al servizio di trasporto, Todde Bus comunicherà con i genitori e/o tutori legali degli studenti o con i familiari o le persone designate nel modulo di iscrizione al servizio di trasporto, utilizzando i numeri di telefono e le e-mail fornite.

• Il servizio scuolabus dispone di un’App dedicata (Bat on Route), che i genitori possono utilizzare per verificare eventuali ritardi alle fermate di raccolta e discesa. Inoltre, i genitori riceveranno notifiche quando l'autobus si avvicina alla loro fermata.

• The responsibility of Todde Bus is limited to the period in which pupils are boarded on the the bus and transported from the prearranged pick-up point to the school building and from the latter to the drop-off point. Therefore, Todde Bus will not be held responsible in the event of adverse incidents and/or occurrences for the pupils prior to boarding the bus or after having disembarked. Parents and/or guardians will be solely responsible in the event of accidents that may occur to pupils in the period before boarding the bus or after having disembarked.

• In the event that an adult/guardian is not present at the drop-off point and required by law to be there, the School will use its best endeavours to contact the parents. If this is not possible, the child will remain on the bus and complete the bus route. Parents will have to collect the child at the last stop. If this occurs repeatedly, Todde Bus together with the School reserve the right to cancel further service and no reimbursements will apply.

• For any urgent matters relating to the transport service, Todde Bus will communicate with the parents and/or legal guardians of pupils or family members or designated persons indicated in the bus registration form, using the telephone numbers and emails provided by them through this form.

• The Bus Service has a dedicated Bus App (Bat on Route), this App can be used by parents to to check if the bus is delayed at pick-up and drop-off stops. Parents will also receive notifications when the bus is approaching their stop.

• Gli studenti devono presentarsi al punto di raccolta al mattino almeno 5 minuti prima dell'orario indicato dalla scuola. GLI AUTOBUS NON SONO AUTORIZZATI AD ATTENDERE OLTRE L’ORARIO DI PARTENZA INDICATO. Gli studenti devono inoltre essere puntuali nel salire a bordo del bus per il ritorno dalla scuola.

• I genitori e/o tutori di studenti sotto i 14 anni devono garantire che essi, un familiare o un adulto accompagnatore da loro designato, rimangano con gli studenti fino alla salita a bordo dell’autobus e siano presenti alla discesa.

• Gli studenti di età compresa tra i 12 e i 14 anni potranno usufruire del servizio in modo autonomo, senza la presenza di un genitore alla salita e alla discesa dal bus, selezionando l'autorizzazione nella sezione apposita del modulo.

• Eventuali danni causati all’autobus dagli studenti saranno addebitati ai genitori e/o tutori.

• Eventuali variazioni dei numeri di telefono dei genitori, tutori o familiari designati devono essere tempestivamente comunicate per iscritto alla scuola per l’aggiornamento dei dati.

• In caso di malattia o assenza, il Responsabile del Trasporto deve essere avvisato via e-mail all’indirizzo bus@acornhouse.school

• Tutte le comunicazioni relative al servizio scuolabus devono includere IL NOME COMPLETO DEL BAMBINO e IL NUMERO DELLA LINEA BUS, da inviare al Responsabile del Trasporto all’indirizzo sopra indicato.

• Eventuali variazioni nell’utilizzo del trasporto a fine giornata devono essere comunicate via e-mail a bus@acornhouse.school entro e non oltre le ore 13:00.

• Qualsiasi comportamento maleducato o pericoloso da parte dei genitori comporterà l’immediata esclusione dello studente dal servizio di trasporto, senza possibilità di rimborso.

• Indipendentemente da quanto sopra, il Responsabile del Trasporto si riserva il diritto assoluto di escludere immediatamente uno studente dal bus nel caso in cui il comportamento di un genitore sia ritenuto inaccettabile.

• Pupils must arrive at the pick-up point in the morning at least 5 minutes prior to the time indicated by the school, THE BUSES ARE NOT AUTHORISED TO WAIT PAST THE PICK-UP TIME INDICATED. Pupils must be punctual for boarding the bus for the return from school at dismissal time.

• Parents and/or guardians of students under 14 years old must guarantee that they or a family member or an accompanying adult designated by them, will remain in the company of the pupils until they board the bus and will be present when they get off the bus.

• Students aged between 12 and 14 will be allowed to use the service independently, without the presence of a parent at pick-up and drop-off, by selecting the appropriate authorization in the designated section of the form.

• Damage caused to the bus by students will be charged to parents and/or guardians.

• Any change in phone numbers of parents or guardians of the pupils and/or their designated family members, must be promptly notified in writing to the school so that the necessary changes to its records may be made;

• In case of illness or absence, the Transport Manager must be notified via email at bus@acornhouse.school .

• All communications regarding bus services must include CHILD'S COMPLETE NAME and BUS ROUTE NUMBER to the Transport Manager at the email listed above;

• For any end of the day changes to transport use, these must be communicated via email at bus@acornhouse.school no later than 13:00.

• Any impolite or dangerous behaviour by Parents will allow for the immediate removal of the student/s from the bus service with no refunds issued.

• Notwithstanding the above, the Transport Manager reserves the absolute discretion to immediately remove a pupil from the bus where it is felt that a parent's behaviour is deemed unacceptable.

• Gli studenti non sono autorizzati a utilizzare un servizio di trasporto diverso da quello concordato con la scuola all'inizio dell'anno scolastico. Eventuali variazioni occasionali possono essere autorizzate solo nei casi specificati al Punto 4.

• A bordo dell'autobus, sia a veicolo fermo che in movimento, gli studenti devono SEMPRE indossare le cinture di sicurezza. Devono inoltre mantenere un comportamento educato e ordinato e seguire le istruzioni del personale scolastico e/o degli autisti per garantire un servizio di trasporto efficiente e sicuro.

• È severamente vietato mangiare e bere a bordo del bus, ad eccezione dell’acqua.

• Comportamenti maleducati, pericolosi e/o il mancato rispetto delle regole di sicurezza da parte degli studenti non saranno tollerati. Qualsiasi infrazione verrà immediatamente segnalata al personale scolastico e ai genitori. Dopo tre segnalazioni di comportamento scorretto e/o inosservanza delle norme di sicurezza, i genitori/tutori saranno informati per iscritto che lo studente non potrà più usufruire del servizio di trasporto, senza alcun rimborso.

• Indipendentemente da quanto sopra, il Responsabile del Trasporto si riserva il diritto assoluto di escludere immediatamente uno studente dal bus nel caso in cui il suo comportamento rappresenti un rischio inaccettabile per la sicurezza degli altri passeggeri.

• Pupils are not permitted to use any bus service other than the one agreed with the school at the start of the year. An occasional change of bus route may be authorised, but only as detailed in Point 4.

• On-board the bus, both while the vehicle is stationary as well as moving, pupils must wear their seatbelts at all times. Pupils must behave in a polite and orderly manner, and comply with the requests of school staff and/or bus drivers, in order to ensure efficient transport services and guarantee safety.

• On-board the bus, eating and drinking (apart from water) is prohibited.

• Impolite, dangerous behaviour and/or disregard for safety rules by pupils during transport will not be tolerated. It will be immediately reported to teaching staff and parents. In the event of three reports of misbehaviour/pupil disregard for safety, parents/guardians will be informed in writing that the pupil may not continue to use the bus with no refunds issued.

• Notwithstanding the above, the Transport Manager reserves the absolute discretion to immediately remove a pupil from the bus where it is felt that a pupil’s behaviour represents an unacceptable safety risk to other pupils using the bus service.

• Per gli studenti di età tra i 12 e i 14 anni, se si desidera autorizzare la discesa senza la presenza di un genitore e/o tutore, si prega di selezionare l’opzione sottostante. Si prega di ricordare che, in caso di mancata selezione di una delle opzioni, la legislazione italiana prevede che il bambino non possa essere lasciato senza la presenza di un genitore e/o tutore.

• Per gli studenti di età pari o superiore ai 14 anni, la legislazione italiana stabilisce che l'autobus non è obbligato ad attendere la presenza di un genitore e/o tutore. Si prega di selezionare la preferenza tra le opzioni seguenti.

• For student under the age of 14 years old, tick below for acknowledgment that a parent/guardian must be present at the stop.

• For students aged between 12 and 14 years, if you wish for your son/daughter to be able to disembark without a parent and/or guardian present, please tick below for authorisation. Please remember that if no option is selected, Italian legislation requires that the child cannot be left without the presence of a parent and/or guardian

• For students the age of 14 or above, the Italian legislation dictates that the bus is not obliged to wait for a parent and/or guardian, therefore please tick your preference below.

In caso di rinnovo per gli anni successivi alla prima iscrizione al servizio scuolabus, le parti dichiarano di accettare espressamente e integralmente tutte le clausole (obblighi e condizioni) del presente documento, che rimarranno invariate, valide ed efficaci. L'unico requisito sarà la firma di un'estensione. I firmatari si impegnano a comunicare a Todde Bus, al momento del rinnovo, eventuali variazioni nei propri dati personali o in quelli dei rappresentanti designati.

In the case of renewal, for the years following the initial subscription to the school bus service activation, the parties hereby declare that they expressly and fully acknowledge and accept all clauses (obligations and conditions) of this application, which shall remain unchanged, valid, and effective. The only requirement will be the signing of an extension. The signatories of this application commit to informing Todde Bus, at the time of extension/renewal, of any changes in their personal data or that of their designated representatives.

Confermo che desidero che mio/a figlio/a utilizzi il servizio di trasporto come descritto nelle sezioni precedenti. Comprendo tutti i costi coinvolti e accetto i termini specificati nell'Accordo sul Livello di Servizio del Bus. Ho compreso tutti i costi previsti e che la Todde Bus fornirà una fattura per il costo del servizio una volta che il servizio sarà operativo.

I confirm that I wish for my child to use the bus service as described in the previous sections. I understand all costs involved and that Todde Bus will provide an invoice for the cost of the service once the service is operational. I also accept all terms specified in the Bus Service Level Agreement.
